We’ve been trying to get together meals that are still healthy but quick to make for those that are in a rush or tired from a long day. Not only that but we’ve also tried finding ways to get meals together that aren’t all chicken or meat. Vegetarian dishes can be just as tasty and creative if you switch up any normal dish and eliminate the meat.
For #MeatlessMonday a simple veggie bake that takes 20 minutes to cook and 5 minutes to prep was our options. We had all the items in the house and even if you don’t it shouldn’t cost you more than $10 (that’s pushing it).
Go ahead. Do your worst.
